Instructions on Legalization

1. The Embassy of China in Lebanon authenticates documents which are issued in Lebanon and will be used in China.

2. Documents to be authenticated should be certified (signed or sealed) by notary public and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon before being sent to the Embassy of China in Lebanon for Legalization.

3. Documents Required:

(1)One completely-filled "APPLICATION FORM FOR LEGALIZATION"

(2)Original documents to be authenticated and an additional photocopy

(3)Clear photocopy of the passport of the applicant

4. Processing time:

five working days(three working days for express service, two working days for rush service)

 Notes:

-Only Chinese or English Documents are accepted.

-Please clearly point out the documents which are to be authenticated when applying for Legalization.

-If the application form and documents are illegible or not completely filled out, they will not be accepted.

-All requirements listed above are subject to change without notice at the discretion and interpretation of the Embassy of China in Lebanon.
